#1 Don't eat for two

#2 Sleep on your side
Side sleeping prevents loss of circulation and low blood pressure.

#3 Beware the litter box
Cat poop can spread an infection called toxoplasmosis, which can cause serious health problems for your baby. Have someone else clean up the litter box daily.

#4 Take care of your teeth & gums
Pregnancy hormones can cause swollen, bleeding, tender gums. Don't skip your regular teeth cleaning.

#5 Get your shots
Flu shot
The flu can be more serious during pregnancy. It's safe to get a flu shot in any trimester.

Tdap vaccine
Get it in your 3rd trimester.
